Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is pleased to provide the attached Commercial Platforms Initiative (CPI) draft solicitation to obtain commercial e-marketplace platforms that meet the objectives in Section 846 of the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act, Pub. L. 115-91. This draft solicitation defines the Government's requirements for multiple commercial e-marketplace platforms that can provide business-to-business (B2B) delivery and process orders made by various Federal entities via the Government Purchase Card (GPC). Please see attached cover letter and draft solicitation package. This draft solicitation will be open for public comment and feedback until August 1, 2019.
