Amendment 0001 is issued for the following: 1. The Government�s responses to vendor questions. 2. Update Instructions to Offerors. 3. Update the Attachment 2 � Past Performance Questionnaire to correct the NAICS code from 541613 to read 541611. 4. The response date for quotes submission remains unchanged. ************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 / Far Part 15 procedures. The solicitation number is 1605C2-26-R-00002 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611. The Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of The Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Workforce Investment (OWI)Apprenticeship (OA), has a requirement for training, coaching, and assistance to YouthBuild grantees to ensure the successful implementation of the YouthBuild Program Model for services in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods. Proposals received after this date and time will be considered late and will not be considered for evaluation. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government. All proposals must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.
