Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to SPECTRACOM/ZAFRAN (Safran Federal Systems). The requirement is for the purchase of the following items listed below: BroadSim Genesis Hardware Platform, 4 RF Outputs, QTY 1. BSIM Advanced Jamming, QTY 1. BSIM GPS L1 C/A, QTY 1. BSIM GPS L2C, QTY 1. BSIM HIL, QTY 1. BroadSim IMU STANAG Plugin, QTY 1. BSIM GPS AES M-Code, QTY 1. Valiant 153M Splash, QTY 1. SecureSync Model 2402-033, QTY 1. AC Power Cord Model 1513-0001, QTY 1. SecureSync Option Card 1204-05, QTY 1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote nor a request for information. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334118 ? Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 1000 employees. Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO FAR Part 13 ?
