Description
The Purpose of Amendment 0003 is to replace the Task and Frequency - Attachment 05 to reflect updates and the Price Schedule - Attachment 07 with the correct CLIN quantity. The quantity on attachment 07 for CLIN 0001 is changed from 10 months to 10.5 months. Please ensure to review and fill out the correct and updated price schedule. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of Amendment Two (2) is to 1. Replace attachments 01, 03, 04, 05 and 07 with corrections needed. 2. Extend the solicitation closing date to 21 July 2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of Amendment One (1) is to 1. Answer Contractor questions asked during the question period. 2. Change the solicitation close date to 14 July 2025 at 10:00am CDT. 3. Change the Base Year POP date to 20 September 2025 through 31 July 2026 for a shortened base period. The remaining option years will have a regular 12-month period starting on 1 August. 4. Replace Attachment 07 - Task and Frequency in PDF format with the same document in excel format. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services at a single site in Texas, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 August 2025 (or subsequent date) to 31 July 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
