Offerors are advised that offers received from sources which are notgovernment-approved sources of supply, for this part(s), will be deemedtechnically unacceptable, and therefore ineligible for award. Any distributors of approved source(s) MUST submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter, on the source's letterhead, to the buyer point of contact indicated on the solicitation via email, at time of proposal submittal. Failure to provide the approved distributor letter will deem the proposal non-responsive andtechnically unacceptable and ineligible for award. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Governm ent intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiveproposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days after date ofpublication of this Solicitation will be considered by the Government. Adetermination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contractbased upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the G Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiningwhether to conduct a competitive procurement. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version ofDoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturingknowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a secondsource part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition,altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses thatrequired data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. FOB ORIGIN INSPECT/ACCEPT ORIGIN NO DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ITEM \
