The purpose for this this Sources Sought Notice is for the following: a. The purpose for this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research ONLY and information received from this notice will determine the type of solicitation (i.e. Restricted or as a Set-aside). b. Interested Parties must send their responses to Durba Ray, Contracting Officer at Durba.Ray@dot.gov; by the deadline in this Notice which are listed below and were provided in the original Notice. This is a Sources Sought announcement for water supply services utility for the United States Merchant Marine Academy 300 Steamboat Road Kings, Point, NY 11024. I am seeking a company that may provide the �entire requirement for USMMA. Questionnaire: 1. Is your firm capable of providing sewer services, either as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor? 2. What is your business size? The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 926130 and the small business size standard is 250 employees. 3. If you are not a small business, what percentage level of subcontracting, if any, would be available for the service you are interested in providing? 4. Is your firm eligible for participation in one of the following small business programs? If so, indicate the program? 8(a) Development Program Women-owned small business concern Veteran-owned small business concern Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern 5. Please provide a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) unit prices for future contract periods (example: contract with 5 years of performance periods)? 6.
