Description

This is a Sources Sought Announcement. Conducting Market Research for a Coordination Liaison position for Combat Support Training Ranges (CSTR). This position requires managing, coordinating, and executing tasks that enhance Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN), Combat Support Training Ranges (CSTR), Mission Ready Airmen (MRA) training, and Strategic Basing initiatives across the Air Force enterprise. The contractor will lead development and delivery of detailed program plans, schedules, communication frameworks, and data collection strategies to support readiness and training objectives. Responsibilities include conducting cost-benefit and comparative analyses, preparing executive briefings, maintaining program documentation, and supporting Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget submissions. The contractor will also coordinate with Headquarters Air Force (HAF), MAJCOMs, and subordinate units to align efforts, manage CSTR equipment and training throughput, and facilitate semiannual scheduling and working group meetings. Location: JBSA-Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX 78226 Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and one (1) 12-month option years, with one (1) option for a 6-month extension that may be exercised in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8, �Extension of Services� as follows:?
