Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24226Q0397 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Backflow Preventer Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Testing for the Northport VA Medical Center in Northport, NY. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Please reference the attached solicitation for the detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and instructions to offerors. A site visit will not be scheduled. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Julie.monaganbarnard@va.gov no later than April 8, 2026, at 3:00 pm EST. An amendment with the questions and answers will then be posted on SAM.gov no later than on April 9, 2026, by Close of Business (COB). The offer submission due date and time is April 16, 2026, at 3:00 pm EST. Official quotes must be submitted electronically to Julie.monaganbarnard@va.gov.
