Pre-solicitation Notice Pre-solicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Pre-solicitation Notice *=Required Field Pre-solicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Texas Veterans Healthcare System (STXVHCS), Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, TX, 78229 through the El Paso VA Contracting Office, intends to solicit proposals from Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors to provide Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), with an anticipated period of performance of a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about 1 August 2026, with an estimated closing date for proposals on or about 30 August 2026. The solicitation will be available for download from https://sam.gov. Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The services required include: On site Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) technologists Remote oversight by Board Certified Neurophysiologists (Neurology/Physiatry/DABNM/privileged Neurosurgeon) Full provision of all equipment, materials, disposable supplies, and IT connectivity Real time IONM monitoring and communication with surgical teams 24/7/365 coverage with defined emergency response requirements Credentialing and privileging prior to clinical work Compliance with all VA Directives, infection control, immunizations, mandatory training, CME/CEU, QA logs, incident reporting, and documentation standards Services will be provided to VHA healthcare-eligible Veterans of the STVHCS.
