Description
The Department of the Army, Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), in conjunction with Army Contracting Command (ACC), invites industry partners to participate in an Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Industry Day scheduled for 16 April 2026 from 1200 to 1400 CST at the Army Aviation Association of America Summit 2026, located at 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. Purpose This Industry Day is not a solicitation, and attendance is voluntary with no reimbursement of costs. CCAD�s Industrial Operations Directorate (IOD), working with ACC Contracting, seeks to establish and strengthen partnerships with private sector industry through direct sales, work-share agreements, and leasing opportunities. These collaborative efforts are designed to enhance CCAD�s capabilities, improve cost efficiencies, and secure new workloads, thereby ensuring the depot�s continued operational excellence and relevance as a key component of the U.S. Army�s organic industrial base. Event Overview Corpus Christi Army Depot plays a vital role in the Army�s organic industrial base, focusing on long-term sustainability and modernization. This Industry Day will provide attendees with an overview of CCAD�s mission, capabilities, and partnership opportunities including Public-Private Partnerships (P3), teaming/work-share arrangements, and leasing of facilities and equipment. Agenda Highlights Exhibit Booth #2714 open 15-thru-17 April 2026 16 April 2026, 1200�1400 CST - OIB Industry Brief including: Opening Remarks and Big Picture CCAD Overview Public-Private Partnership (P3) Overview Question & Answer Session 17 April 2026 - Optional 1-on-1 Vendor Engagements by appointment only: Morning Session: 0900-thru-1100 (4 slots available) Afternoon Session: 1300-thru-1500 (4 slots available) Who Should Attend Industry representatives seeking partnership opportunities within the Organic Industrial Base. Registration and One-on-One Meetings Registration is not required for the general Industry Day briefing. Industry partners interested in scheduling 1-on-1 meetings on 17 April 2026 must contact Ms. Brittany Carr directly to request an appointment. Slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis or by no later than 17 April 2026. When requesting a one-on-one meeting, vendors should provide company information including UEI, CAGE code, size/socioeconomic status, and attendee contact details.
