Description
N6833526Q1095 C/KC-130T Level II Air Vehicle Support Equipment SYNOPSIS PSC: 4920 NAICS: 336413 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to issue a sole-source contract for the procurement of Common Support Equipment (CSE) required to meet initial stand-up for C-130 Kinston Depot project and to fulfill C-130 Legacy Fleet Deficits. The PNs: 6796813, 23083875, and 3738 are used for I & O level maintenance on the C-130�s T56 engines. Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) to Boeing Distribution, INC CAGE: (8V613). This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
