Description

The United States Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide overseas guard services at the U.S. Embassy Lome/Togo. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels to meet or exceed the requirement contained in this PWS. The Embassy requires a secure environment to conduct its mission. The primary mission of the Overseas Guard Services (OGS) is to protect U.S. Government personnel, facilities, and equipment from damage or loss. The Contractor overseas guard services shall act as an early warning signal to the Embassy . The overseas guard services shall protect life; prevent unauthorized access; maintain order; deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents, and property prevent terrorist acts against all U.S. assets; and damage to Government property. Anticipated period of performance is one base year and four one- year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government). Amendment A0001: The purpose of Amendment (A0001) is to: 1) Provide responses to questions by including attachment A0001_Q&A_Lome_26R0077 2) Provide the following exhibits: A0001_Update_Exhibit D and A0001_Exhibit U 3) Incorporate Additional Language in Section L.11 and Section L 11.2.1.2 4) Include attachment titled "A0001_CBA_Lome_26R0077" All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A0002: The purpose of Amendment (A0002) is to: 1) Provide updated Exhibits D, S ,and U 2) Incorporate additional language in Section L.11.1.2 and M.2.1 3) Extend the proposals due date to May 8, 2026 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
