Description

Domestic sources or suitable domestic alternative sources are being sought for this requirement. The New Mexico VA Health Care System requires a virtual patient observation solution to support continuous observation of patients at increased risk of falls, elopement, self-harm, unsafe mobility, or other events requiring timely staff intervention. The system will supplement direct clinical care by allowing trained staff to remotely observe and communicate with multiple patients and rapidly alert bedside staff when intervention is required. The contractor shall provide an AvaSure TeleSitter system or equal, including patient observation devices, software/licenses, centralized monitoring capability, implementation, configuration, testing, training, clinical implementation support, project management, and all accessories necessary to furnish a complete and operational solution.
