The purpose of extending the deadline is to allow vendors time to review the Governments response to questions submitted that was posted in Amendment 0002 on Friday, 10 July 2026, and provide an accurate quote. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626Q0073 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for the Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center (JWEC) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Description of Work: The Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center at Bldg. 1003, 1301 Billy Mitchell Rd, JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas 78236, requires installation of an Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) inclusive of a Video Management Server with cameras (VMS). The Contractor shall provide all equipment and tools, necessary to provide & install a Honeywell Vindicator IDS and ACS to secure multiple rooms area at JBSA Lackland-Kelly Annex Bldg. 1003. B1003 is 2610 SF approximately (approx.); it is comprised of 2 Rooms, a high bay area, 2 restrooms, and mech room (see Statement of Work attachment 1 for additional information).
