(25 November 2025) AMENDMENT NOTICE The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing an additional Amendment to the Solicitation for Technical, Analytical and Financial Services, Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8) Directorates Support Services, as of 25 November 2025. Due to the recent Government Shutdown and the volume of inquiries provided during that time, the Government has extended the deadline for Past Performance and Prime Contractor Proposal Submission until 16 December 2025. If your entity has previously provided the Government with past performance questionnaires and/or prime contractor proposal (the �proposal package�), it is required that your entity resubmit all of the aforementioned items to the Government no later than 3:00pm EST on 16 December 2025 to be considered for this opportunity. Proposal packages received during the Government Shutdown shall not be considered for award. Proposal packages submitted after the deadline shall not be considered for award. The Performance Work Statement and its attachments remain under limited distribution and shall only be provided to entities wholly owned and operated withing the United States. To request a copy of the Performance Work Statement documents, please email the ACC-APG points of contract identified in this Solicitation and Amendment notice. Please provide ACC-APG points of contact with your entity�s CAGE Code and confirmation that your entity is wholly owned and operated within the United States. The deadline for requesting Performance Work Statement documents is no later than 3:00pm EST on 1 December 2025. PWS requests received after this deadline shall not be accepted. PWS Documents shall be distributed to interested entities no later than 5:00pm EST on 3 December 2025. 19 NOVEMBER 2025 ATTENTION INTERESTED PARTIES: In the interim of the recent Government Shutdown a large volume of inquiries were received responsive to this opportunity. Likewise during the Government Shutdown, additional security updates to Government email has gone into effect. This may result in the receipt of "protected messages". Further updates to this Solicitation will be forthcoming and "protected" correspondence will be addressed as soon as possible. ORIGINAL POSTING: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing a Solicitation for Technical, Analytical and Financial Support Services, Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G-8) Directorates Support Service. The requirement is being solicited as a full and open competitive. The Government intends to award a single (1) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract. Requirement is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation includes a one base year period, plus four (4) one-year options and 6 (six) months extension. See the attached solicitation for more details. The Government does not intend to hold a site visit at APG for prospective offerors. Questions may be submitted to the Government no later than 12:00PM EST on 15 September 2025 and responses will be provided via Amendment(s) issued to the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541611, and the size standard is $15 million. The Solicitation requirements, applicable specifications, and evaluation criteria will be included in the solicitation or as an attachment to it. The Performance Work Statement and its attachments shall only be provided to entities wholly owned and operated within the United States. All qualified companies are invited to submit proposals which will be considered by ACC- APG. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.
