Description
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, the Army is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. This RFI does not commit the United States Government (USG) to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. CONTRACTING OFFICE: Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) ATTN: Shelly A. Hitt, shelly.a.hitt.civ@army.mil ACC-RI is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing the full suite of Cisco licenses, including but not limited to Cisco Global Enterprise Modernization Software and Support (GEMSS), Cisco hardware technical support, Cisco software licenses and support, Software Support Service (SWSS), Cisco Advanced Services engineering support, Cisco training and asset management, Cisco Voice, Video & Security (VV&S), and other related Cisco products and services. We are interested in the following information: 1. Full Suite Availability: Confirm whether you can provide the full suite of Cisco licenses. 2. Reseller/Distributor Information: If you are a reseller/distributor, please disclose your markup on Cisco licenses. Describe any value-added services you offer as a reseller, such as implementation support, training, or managed services. 3. Company Information: Provide basic company information including name, location, years in business, and relevant Cisco partnership tiers (if applicable). This is a Sources Sought notice only and does not constitute an RFP or commitment to a contract. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential vendors and gather information for market resource purposes. Interested vendors should submit their responses electronically to shelly.a.hitt.civ@army.mil and kynndel.m.wallarab.civ@army.mil by February 10, 2026. Please keep your response concise, limiting it to no more than two pages. Please note: Responses to this Sources Sought notice will not be considered as proposals and will not be evaluated for award.
