Description

BIFO Rec Sites Vault Cleaning Service The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office, is soliciting quotes for custodial services to maintain six vault latrines located at high-use recreation sites during the peak field season. The latrines are distributed as follows: two at Sundance Lodge Recreation Area, one at Four Dances Natural Area, one at Acton Recreation Area, and two at the Shepherd Ah Nei Recreation Sites (OHV and Horse Area). The objective of this acquisition is to secure a contractor capable of providing all necessary management, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to ensure regular and thorough cleaning and maintenance of these facilities. The project�s location is within Yellowstone County, Montana. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: This procurement is set-aside for Small Business Concerns and is a service acquisition, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Part 37.
