Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for VTC and Touch panel Replacement for AV Sys B1612 Contract Specialist: Eva K Leavitt Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO): Eva K Leavitt 1. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ***NOTE*** All instructions, templates, and formats contained herein should explicitly be adhered to; otherwise, a quote is determined to be incomplete and may not be considered for award. If you are the apparent awardee, the Government will notify you immediately by sending a copy of the contract for your signature. The signed contract shall be returned to the Government within 24 hours once it is received and will then be distributed once the contract is awarded. If you do not meet the required deadline, the Government reserves the right to award to the next technically acceptable offeror. The Government reserves the right to enter into discussions with all, some, or none of the offerors. 2. Solicitation Number: 2026-PZI-1777 3. This Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 4. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 5. A notice regarding any set-aside: Total Small Business Set Aside 6. NAICS Code: 811210 10. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The 66th Air Base Group Communications and Information Division (66ABG/SC) provides Hanscom AFB with network services to all the buildings on base. The 66ABG/SC division has a requirement for a service and preventive maintenance contract for two Audio Visual (AV) rooms in the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Center located on the 2nd floor of building 1612. One room provides Classified SVTC capability on the DISA GVS network, while the other room provides unclassified Microsoft Teams capability. 11. Date of delivery / Period of Performance: 8/1/2026 - 7/31/2031 (includes Base plus 4 option years) 12. Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance: Hanscom Air Force Base, MA 15.
