***NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE*** Currency Pallets & Tops The Department of Treasury, Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC)-Acquisition Services intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on behalf of the Office of Supply Chain Management. The contract will procure plastic currency pallets and tops to transport printed materials within its facility and ultimately to the United States (US) Federal Reserve Banks (FRB). Security Paks International LLC is the only tested and approved source capable of manufacturing plastic pallets and tops that meet the specifications in Attachment A (Currency Pallet Diagram) and Attachment B (Currency Pallet Tops). Therefore, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to Security Paks in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. **The solicitation will not be posted** Capability statement, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice MUST be received via email ONLY to kendra.napper@treasury.gov NO LATER THAN 3:00PM, EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, 30 April 2026.
