Description

The Army Contracting Command ? Redstone Arsenal intends to issue solicitation number W31P4Q-26-R-0013 to fulfill the requirement for Inert Warheads, Part Number 13540611, for the Reduced Range Practice Rocket, M28A2. The anticipated resultant contract will be Firm-Fixed Price with a minimum quantity of 2,000 warheads and a maximum quantity of 6,800 warheads for each year, one base year and two option years. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will not be solicited from other than small business concerns. By U.S. law, participation in small business set-asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Delivery Location: Delivery information will be provided with the solicitation.Delivery Schedule: Monthly deliveries shall be completed within a 12-month timeline. Qualification timeline ? From Contract award + not-to-exceed 180 calendar daysDelivery schedule Base Year ? 12 months starting after completion of qualification timelineDelivery schedule Option Year 1 ? 12 months starting from completion of Base Year 1 deliveriesDelivery schedule Option Year 2 ? 12 months starting from completion of Option Year 1 deliveriesThe anticipated solicitation will also contain DFARS clause 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting and 252.204-7020, NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements. Interested parties will be required to have a current CMMC status at CMMC Level 2 self-assessment or higher prior to award.
