To provide the Joint Commission review tool and clarification document to add awareness for prospective contractors regarding the standards for completing repairs and inspections (see attached). All offers are to be emailed to heather.chase2@va.gov and received no later than 12:00pm (noon) MT on June 29, 2026. Questions and Answers below are referencing RFQ 36C25926Q0519: Q. What is the total number of Dry Systems per building? A. Not in scope of the required repairs. Q. What is the total number of Pre-Action Systems? A. None, station is wet-piped. Q. What is the total number of Deluge Systems? A. Not in scope of required repairs. Q. What is the total number of Backflow Preventers?. A. Not in scope of required repairs.� Q.
