The information contained herein is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source contract action to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM-RMS) to provide Electronic Design Agent and Depot Operations requirements in support of the MK 41 Vertical Launching System. This contract action will add an additional two years of requirements (FY 2026 � FY 2027). The basis for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) � Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
