Description
ISSUE DATE: 03 December 2025 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services required to replace approximately 22 electric panels manufactured by Federal Pacific Panels while maintaining power to Smith Hall. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 31 December 2026.* The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. *On site period of performance from 1 April 2026 through 31 December 2026. The estimated value of the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. Solicitation packages are available on 3 December 2025. The date set for receipt of bids is 06 January 2026 at 2:00 pm. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 � Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $19 Million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
