Description

Please see attached documents. Amendment 0003 is to address industry questions. Please see attached document "Amendment 0003 - Industry Questions". Amendment 0001 is to address industry questions and clarify CLIN Structure.. Q.1. Has shick qualification been completed? Will the awardee be required to retain a copy of the NAVSEA LTR 9470 SER 450TC/0241 on file? A.1. Yes, the LCDPs are shock qualified. The awardee will not be required to reetain a copy of the NAVSEA letter. Q.2. Will gerbers be provided? A.2. Yes, gerber files will be provided upon request, but they will not be needed until the PCBs are being built. Q.3. CLIN Structure clarification? A.3. Spares � This option allows for the procurement of one set of spare parts. Some of the parts for the LCDP can be difficult to obtain and the spare parts will mitigate the risk of schedule delays due to missing or damaged part orders as the spare parts can be used until the replacement parts arrive. Once the contract is completed the parts will be delivered to the government to support the Three-Inch Launcher Test Facility (TILTF) and the fleet. Base - For the procurement of 5 LCDPs Option 1 � This option is for the procurement of up to 3 additional LCDPs Option 2 � This option is for the procurement of up to 3 additional LCDPs Option 3 � This option is for the procurement of up to 3 additional LCDPs Option 4 � This option is for the procurement of up to 3 additional LCDPs
