Description
This synopsis serves as an announcement of the forthcoming acquisition: The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service intends to solicit proposals for Operation and Mechanical Services in Piegan, MT . Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and subcontracts necessary to provide replacement of the drain field with Forced Septic Line to AX System, and related services described within the property line of the following locations. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS: Piegan Land Port of Entry Main Port Building Babb, MT 59411 In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.15, this potential acquisition is 100% Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238910, O&M Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 Million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 47PD5526R0044. The period of performance consists of a ninety-day (90) base period to begin on or about October 1, 2026. The solicitation will be directed to local offerors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.201-1. The pre-proposal conference/site visit information and the deadline for questions will be noted in the solicitation. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will not be publicized through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov.
