Description

The USACE Wilmington District seeks a contractor to remove and replace chain link security fence encompassing Cape Fear Lock and Dam 2 esplanade in Bladen County, North Carolina. Instructions: Submit Questions and Quotes electronically to both benjamin.t.rickman@usace.army.mil and jenifer.m.garland@usace.army.mil. All Vendors must submit both a Price Quote and Technical Proposal. Title file(s) in the following format: W912PM25QA006_COMPANY NAME_PRICING W912PM25QA006_COMPANY NAME_TECHNICAL SITE VISIT information under provision 52.236-27. QUESTIONS are due no later than 29 December 2026, 2:00 PM, ET. QUOTES are due no later than 16 January 2026, 2:00 PM, ET. No hard copies will be accepted or evaluated. Both the Price Quote and Technical Proposal must be received by the closing date and time set forth within the solicitation. In an effort to reduce paper and cost, all quotes shall be submitted electronically. All submissions shall be in Adobe PDF format and shall be on 8 1/2 x 11 size pages in no less than 10 pitch or 10 fonts. Offerors may use compression utility software such as WinZip or PKZip to reduce fie size and facilitate electronic transmission. ALL OFFERORS MUST PROVIDE A LEVEL 1 (SELF) CYBERSECURITY MATURITY MODEL CERTIFICATION TO BE ELIGIABLE FOR AWARD. SEE CLAUSE 252.204-7025 FOR DETAILS. Any Quote that fails to conform to the essential requirements of the of the solicitation may be deemed non-responsive and not considered for award.
