COLONIAL NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK - REPLACE HVAC AT JAMESTOWN HISTORICAL RESEARCH CENTER The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Colonial National Historical Park in Williamsburg, Virginia. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to replace the HVAC unit in the Jamestown Historic Research Center as detailed in the Project Manual/Summary of Work, included with the solicitation documents. Participants will meet at 1368 Colonial National Historical Parkway, Williamsburg, VA 23081. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an amended Project Manual/Summary of Work and provide the list of attendees to the organized pre-bid site-visit, conducted on May 28, 2026. Therefore: 1. Attachment 4 - Project Manual_Amended is provided as an attachment to this amendment. This amended Project Manual revises the requirements for the Air Handlers from 4-Ton units to 5-Ton units. 2. List of attendees to the May 28, 2026, site visit is attached. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a technical issue that prevented Amendment 0001 from posting to SAM.Gov, and to include information provided in Amendment 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide an amended Project Manual/Summary of Work and provide the list of attendees to the organized pre-bid site-visit, conducted on May 28, 2026. Therefore: 1. Attachment 4 - Project Manual_Amended is provided as an attachment to this amendment. This amended Project Manual revises the requirements for the Air Handlers from 4-Ton units to 5-Ton units. 2. List of attendees to the May 28, 2026, site visit is attached.
