Description
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source RFO FAR 12.201-1 to obtain services from Carefusion Solutions, LLC for the Aleris Support Contract for VISN 2 facilities. Period of performance: Estimated to begin on 04/01/2026 to 3/31/2031 Basic description of the requirement: VISN 2 Healthcare System requires an Aleris Support contract to use with the Aleris Smart Infusion Pumps. Place of Performance: VISN 2 Facilities The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services Intended Source: Carefusion Solutions, LLC , 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130 , UEI: E99HA2K3YTG8 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by March 6, 2026 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Carefusion Solutions, LLC in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contracting Officer Tevia Mastykarz at Tevia.Mastykarz@va.gov. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.
