A new universal Part Numbers have been created by the Original Equipment Manufacturer for future procurement by the U.S. Services, Partners and FMS customers (see Table 15) Partners and FMS that desire the Clydesdale SF2-C LEP spectacles can procure them directly from the OEM email address provided in paragraph 8.1. 8.1 Orders can be place by contacting [email protected]. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement due to the pre-established ordering procedures listed above. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source.
