THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The following is a summary of what the Government intents to solicit. *** BCMA OUTPATIENT MEDICATION BARCODE SCANNERS FOR VISN 15 *** All quotes will be for the requested BCMA Outpatient Medication Barcode Scanners and they must be listed on the Government�s Oracle Health�s Validated Peripheral List in order for the quote to be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 334118 � Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a Size Standards of 1,000 Employees, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6515. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract, FOB Destination requirement. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on June 15,2026. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be July 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT).
