Description

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service for Albuquerque Service Unit hereby submits a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price, contract with one base year plus two option years for Robotic Prescription Dispensing Services to be provided to the Pharmacy Department of the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center located in Towaoc, CO, to be awarded to ScriptPro USA Inc, UEI: RTB3DEMJ91U4. This request is for a ScriptPro robotic prescription dispensing system, which is currently onsite, fully installed and operational, and being utilized by Pharmacy staff. ScriptPro provides a necessary patient safety factor to improve pharmacy processes, by using barcode technology to assure that the proper medication is used to fill a prescription. Further, it improves patient education by printing the correct information on prescription bottles. The robotic system holds up to 150 separate medications and fills prescriptions typically at a rate of four (4) prescriptions per minute. The elimination of manual filling allows staff to focus on providing clinical services and also decreases average patient wait times. The ScriptPro software is utilized for Point-Of-Sale communication, which assists with assuring that Fraud and Abuse are not conducted in regard to billing. Additionally, the software provides an inventory management system that allows Ute Mountain Ute Health Center to stock inventory more accurately. Period of Performance is for one base year plus two option years, as follows: Base Year: 12/01/2025 11/30/2026 1st Option Year: 12/01/2026 11/30/2027 2nd Option Year: 12/01/2027 11/30/2028 The estimated total value is below the simplified acquisition threshold.
