Description
Amendment 0001- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions of this solicitation, revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraph 1.4.3. from 214 cameras to reflect 242 cameras, provide DD Form 254 that is referenced in section 1.12.2., update RFO FAR 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, update Estimated Base Period Amount from $1,500,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 and extend offer submissions to 01 June 2026, 3:00 PM CT. This is a non-personal services contract encompassing maintenance and support to include unscheduled on-call services for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) located at 5th Special Forces Group Airborne (5th SFG(A)). The Contractor shall provide service and maintenance on access control and camera surveillance systems. Contractor will provide certified personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the repairs and upgrades as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation questions are due prior to 9:00 A.M. CT 18 May 2026 to Contract Specialist: Becca Thompson, rebecca.j.thompson.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer: Relanda Young, relanda.f.young.civ@army.mil. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module prior to 3:00 P.M. CT 26 May 2026.
