This Justification and Approval (J&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name Safespill Ignitable Liquid Drainage Floor Assemblies (ILDFA) Fire Suppression System within the P-691 Aircraft Development and Maintenance Facility, a Design-Bid-Build project at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD.
