Description
In accordance with RFO 6.104, this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award under a Firm Fixed Price Base plus four (4) Option Years contract as a sole source procurement for the following requirement to a Nonprofit organization, Contexture Colorado, 2000 S Colorado BLVD STE 12000, Tower 1, Denver, CO 80222: Proposal Year Description of Services QTY: Unit of Issue Base Year Contexture eHealth Information Exchange (eHIE) user accounts for the VA Western Colorado Health Care System s authorized medical providers. 250 YR Option Year 1 Contexture eHealth Information Exchange (eHIE) user accounts for the VA Western Colorado Health Care System s authorized medical providers. 250 YR Option Year 2 Contexture eHealth Information Exchange (eHIE) user accounts for the VA Western Colorado Health Care System s authorized medical providers. 250 YR Option Year 3 Contexture eHealth Information Exchange (eHIE) user accounts for the VA Western Colorado Health Care System s authorized medical providers. 250 YR Option Year 4 Contexture eHealth Information Exchange (eHIE) user accounts for the VA Western Colorado Health Care System s authorized medical providers. 250 YR Contexture Colorado is the official sole authorized electronic Health Information Exchange (eHIE) for the state of Colorado s Office of eHealth Innovation (OeHI) that is capable to fulfill this requirement. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 518210 and the Business Size Standard is $40 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need, authorized distributor, and price reasonableness as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, eHIE authorized distributor letter, distributor favorable pricing letter) confirming the ability to provide any of the eHIE software as a service (SaaS) that would be compatible, OEM authorized, and price reasonable outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to John.Cheng2@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
