Description
Peterson SFB Cooling Towers Repair Amendment 1: Amendment made to correct an admin error in the Evaluation Factors attachment. Original: Subfactor 1.1 mentioned a "Mobile Surveillance System" by mistake. Edit: Removed "Mobile Surveillance System" to avoid confusion on what requirement this is. Amendment 2: Amendment 2 made to address Requests For Information (RFI) questions received. Answers to RFIs provided and requested pictures of the work site provided. Additionally, Statement of Work (SOW) para 1.5.1 updated to include the replacement of cooling tower media, nozzles, sealing of joints and cleaning of basins. Use "Statement of Work (Current as of Amendment 002)" for creating your RFQ response. Solicitation will be extended to accommodate SOW Scope update. New Date Offers Due Date/Time is: Tuesday 28 April 2026 at 12:00 PM MST. AMENDMENT 003: Amendment 003 made to address Statement of Work (SOW) Scope Increase and to extend the solicitation to allow time for offerors to address this Amendment in their offers. Solicitation Date Offers Due Date/Time extended to now close Friday 8 May at 12 PM MST. New Requests for Information are due No Later Than Wednesday 6 May at 12 PM MST. SOW Scope now includes the following addition: Paragraph 1.5.4. Contractor shall replace motors on each cooling tower. Our records show a 3 HP 480 Volts 3 PH motor. Contractor shall verify specification of motor prior to ordering.
