Diesel Engine Replacement

The United States Air Force's 633rd Contracting Squadron, part of Air Combat Command, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Hydraulic International Inc. for the procurement of a Hatz Diesel Engine. This notice serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12, with NAICS code 333618 and a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 employees. It is not a request for competitive quotes. However, capable firms are invited to submit a capability statement by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on December 23, 2025, to Erika Allen at erika.allen.2@us.af.mil. Submissions should include relevant experience and past performance. The government may consider future competitive procurement based on the responses. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT; no solicitation is currently available. Interested parties that believe they can meet this requirement are encouraged to submit a capability statement within 5 days of this posting. The statement should provide an overview of relevant services and past performance related to similar products. The award will be made through other than full and open competition, as only one responsible source can fulfill the requirement.
