Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Office of Evaluation (OE) located in the Office of Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs in the Office of Housing Office requires the services of a Contractor to provide an annual online subscription comercially available database access to: Loan limit data by county - median home price data based on County Recorder data. Loan performance servicing data and mortgage loan on-line information/newsletter which includes Residential Loan Level Database both Prime and Subprime, Residential Loan Level Origination Database borrower and mortgage characteristics, Mortgage Delinquency Database both Prime and Subprime, 10 years of market history and access software, 24/7 Web Access to HUD Users with passwords; and Loan securities data accessible in the non-agency Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Prime Database with a minimum 15-year perspective on the non-Agency securities market to enable long-term projections and includes 98+ percent of outstanding non-agency prime mortgage pools. Beginning with the Option Period 1 ABS (Asset Backed Securities) data that are currently accessible in the ABS (Alt-A & Nonprime) Database with a minimum 15-year perspective on the non-Agency securities market will also be covered.
