Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing a Solicitation for Army Training Models on behalf of Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7. The requirement is being solicited as a set-aside for Women Owned Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541611, and the size standard is $24.5 million. The Government intends to award a single (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Requirement is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation includes a one base year period, plus four (4) one-year options and 6 (six) months extension. See the attached solicitation and other documents for more details. The Government requests all questions be placed in Attachment Vendor Question Spreadsheet. Questions are due no later than 5:00PM EST on 17 February 2026 and responses will be provided via Amendment(s) issued to the solicitation. The closing time and date for proposals is 12:00PM EDT on 09 March 2026. All qualified companies are invited to submit proposals to be considered.
