Description
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Base Operational Contracting Division (PZIOA) at Eglin AFB, FL, is conducting market research to identify capable commercial sources, specifically small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, and SDVOSB), to perform a one-time commercial floor and restroom deep cleaning service for Building 100. This notice is issued under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 10 (Market Research) and RFO Part 12 (Commercial Acquisitions). This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation package exists at this time. 2.0 SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision required to complete a comprehensive deep clean of Building 100 in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Major work elements include: Commercial Carpet Cleaning: Professional hot-water extraction and deep cleaning of approximately 7,409 square feet (SF) of commercial-grade carpeting. Tile & Grout Floor Cleaning: Commercial-grade scrubbing and sanitizing (no seal) of approximately 4,642 SF of tiled floors, restrooms, and hallways. Tile Wall Cleaning: Deep cleaning and residue removal (no seal) of approximately 3,046 SF of tiled restroom walls. Restroom Fixtures: Detailed deep cleaning and sanitization of sixteen (16) miscellaneous restroom fixtures (including exterior vents, trash dispensers, and local restroom hardware). Key Parameters: Period of Performance (PoP): 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Labor Standards: This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS). Local Department of Labor Wage Determinations for Okaloosa County, FL, will apply.
