Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, NM, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Center, State of New Mexico, and Tricore for diagnostic laboratory testing with an eighteen (18) hour turnaround time on an as-needed basis. The anticipated period of performance is a period of performance of one year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. No further awards will be made unless the need for Gallup Service Unit changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than December 31, 2025 at 9:00 am (MST). In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
