Description
RFI Questions due NLT 30 July 2026 by 1400 PDT. Quotes due NLT 11 August 2026 by 1400 PDT. The requirement is for a contractor to provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform a comprehensive cleaning, CCTV video inspection, and GIS survey of the storm drain system at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, within 365 days of contract award. This follow-on effort is critical to assessing infrastructure condition, ensuring continuous operational integrity, and preventing system failures that could cause flooding or environmental damage. Work must be executed in accordance with prevailing industry and government standards, including NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program guidelines, UFGS TV inspection specifications, and base CAD standards. Due to the active military installation setting, the contractor must strictly adhere to security access controls, background checks, and environmental compliance protocols, including biological monitoring for the protected Vernal Pool Fairy Shrimp. Additionally, the contractor must coordinate all material and sludge disposal with the 30CES/CEI Waste Compliance office and remain prepared for potential unexploded ordnance (UXO) monitoring during field operations.
