Description
This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal - RFP - issued for the purpose of obtaining industry comments and feedback on the attached documents, which include the draft Performance Work Statement, Section L, Section M, and the draft Price Matrix.The requirement is for the non-personal services for the comprehensive Operations and Maintenance of the newly constructed Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated Medical Waste Incinerator facility located at Fort Detrick, Maryland.The Government has attached an Industry Feedback Questionnaire containing specific questions we would like companies to address. All other general concerns, feedback, or questions are greatly appreciated. All questions and comments regarding this draft solicitation are due via email to the Contracting Officer, Conrad Baker, at [email protected] and the Contract Specialist, AJ Hatlestad, at [email protected] no later than the date and time specified in this notice. Please reference solicitation number W519TC-26-R-A037 in the subject line of all correspondence.Due to the large file size of the Design-Build drawings and technical specifications, they cannot be uploaded directly to this notice.
