Announce a Site Visit: A site visit will be held at Dover Air Force Base on 25 June 2026 at 9:30 AM EDT. Attendees must arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time (at 8:45 AM EDT) for security check-in. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please review the attached document: Attachment 9 - Site Visit Instructions and Deadline Extension. 3. Extend Deadlines: The deadline for final or additional questions is extended to 01 July 2026 @ 1:00 PM EDT. The Quote Response Deadline is extended to 14 July 2026, no later than 1:00 P.M.
