Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Morris Systems Incorporated UEI No.: V5E8DNCCNH69 for services � Materials Management System as required by the General Services Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Morris Systems Incorporated in accordance with RFO 12.102 for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisitions threshold. Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. The period of performance is 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Morris Systems Incorporated may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Charity Yellowhair-Gilbert, Contract Specialist, at charity.yellowhair-gilbert@ihs.gov by 12:00pm EST on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
