Description
The 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office-Wiesbaden, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for six (6) new, left-hand drive Commercial Heavy Armored Vehicles for the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden. This is a "Brand Name or Equal" requirement based on BMW. Offerors may propose an "equal" product but must provide sufficient documentation to prove it meets all characteristics identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The approved Justification and Approval (J&A) for this requirement is also attached. Please review all attachments for complete details.
