Description
New Design and Engineering Services Task Order for the Afterthought Mine Superfund Site Remedial Investigation Feasibility Study (RIFS). Contractor to provide technical support to the US EPA at the Afterthought Mine Superfund Site near Ingot, CA. Various work activities include remedial investigation/feasibility study (RI/FS) are needed. Taskings will provide a factual and analytical basis for public understanding of the remedy options, and for US EPA decisionmakers to use in making an informed remedy selection in a sitewide Record of Decision (ROD). The end product shall be a well-supported ROD that when implemented through a remedial action, will eliminate, reduce, or control risks to human health and the environment. TOCOR: John Hillenbrand, Alternate TOCOR: Eric Canteenwala; Project Officer/Invoice Approver (PO/IA): Lisa Ouyang, Alternate Project Officer: Sandra O'Neill. The program requests a new TO be funded at the IGCE base of $265,613.11. The Acquisition Package includes: � SOW � IGCE: Base of $265,613.11, overall total of $15,474,151.85 � Task Order Initiation Form � Key Personnel and Evaluation Factors � COR Nom forms (4) � NDAs (7 � Luke, Wanda, and Mena are the additional 3 forms) � COI forms (same as above) � QARF � EO Compliance Approval Email: Documents the program sending our approval request to Fatima and her confirmation it�s been sent to MSD. These documents are attached as supporting documents in this PR.
