Description
The 355th Contracting Squadron (355 CONS) is issuing this synopsis in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5, "Publicizing Contract Actions," to announce a forthcoming requirement for Architect and Engineering (A&E) services. This action will be executed in accordance with RFO 16.5, "Indefinite-Delivery Contracts," utilizing the acquisition procedures prescribed in RFO 36.202, "Architect and Engineering Services" (Brooks Act procedures). 355 CONS intends to award three (3) multiple award A&E Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a total estimated capacity of $9.9M. The purpose of this requirement is to provide a broad range of A&E services to support the 355 CONS mission and associated installations. Task orders issued under this IDIQ may include, but are not limited to, multi-discipline engineering, architectural design, site investigations, drafting, planning, and construction inspection services to support the 355th Civil Engineering Squadron (355 CES). Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. This is a SYNOPSIS ONLY. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. Do not submit SF 330s, proposals, or pricing information in response to this notice. A formal solicitation/announcement, detailing the specific evaluation criteria, submission requirements, and the deadline for SF 330 submissions, is anticipated to be posted on SAM.gov in June or July FY26. Interested parties are highly encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for the official solicitation release and any associated amendments. Response to this synopsis is not required.
