Description
The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, intends to make a firm fixed price, sole source award to Davis H. Elliot Construction for repair to the bird netting structure at Wolf Creek NFH. See attached sole source justification. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-2. This is not a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
