MARKET SURVEY FOR REPAIR, ACQUISITION, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE WILL-BURT MAST ASSEMBLY MOUNTED ON THE MOBILE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (MVSS). RESPONSES TO THIS MARKET SURVEY WILL BE USED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SCREENING INFORMATION REQUEST OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OF ANY KIND. AT THIS TIME THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) IS NOT SEEKING NOR ACCEPTING UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA is seeking interest from the small business community for possible set-aside of all or part of the procurement. Responses are desired from any/all eligible small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. FAA anticipates that any resultant contract will be a Fixed-Price contract. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from industry to provide the required items, services and technical support. This market survey is also being conducted to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition is available. The scope of work consists of providing repair, support, acquisition services detailed in the accompanying statement of work (SOW). The nature of the competition remains undecided; options include full and open competition or potential set-asides for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or 8(a) certified firms. This survey will assess the level of interest and capability among eligible firms. Interested vendors must submit the following information: Capability Statement: Detailed description of similar government contracts previously awarded, including procurement and service fulfillment. Number of years in business providing the type of services required in this announcement SBA 8(a) Certification: Copy of SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. All responses must be submitted electronically by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on March 25, 2026.
