Description

The requirement is for the providing of Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for Ansul Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System and Cleaning Exhaust Ducts at Embassy Properties to the U.S. Mission. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel as well as all transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment and supplies required to perform the Services. Anticipated performance is for one base year and four one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item- services, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All queries related to this solicitation must be submitted by 11:59 pm Kathmandu local time on 14- December-2025. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Offers are due by 11:59pm Kathmandu local time on 05-January-2026 and are to be submitted electronically to KTMContracts@state.gov .
